Alexandra Mueller, Ph.D.

 Alexandra finished her PhD in Bochum, Germany. She was a postdoc in Lars Leichert's lab for one year. She is interested in the identification and characterization of redox-sensing proteins. During her 2-months visit in the Jakob lab, she is applying quantitative real-time PCR and chaperone assays to learn more about the oxidative stress response in E. coli.

In her spare time she likes playing the guitar, climbing, and watching soccer games.
